These terms apply when you use waveofcolours.co.uk or buy from Wave Of Colours. Wave Of Colours is a UK business. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Products and descriptions
We try to make product descriptions, colours, sizing and images accurate, but screens and manufacturing batches can vary. Please check the product information and size guidance before ordering.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in GBP. Any VAT treatment, including whether VAT is included or excluded, is shown at checkout where applicable. Shipping charges and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order is processed.
Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order confirmation, but a contract is formed when we accept the order for fulfilment. We may contact you or cancel and refund an order if a product is unavailable, pricing or listing information is clearly wrong, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will refund payments made for it. Orders are sent for dispatch as soon as they are placed, so orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed. If you change your mind, you can return items after delivery under our Returns & refunds policy.
Fulfilment and delivery
Orders are dispatched from a UK warehouse in secure packaging. Delivery estimates, charges and exceptions are described in our Shipping policy.
