How quickly will my order arrive in the UK?
All UK orders are dispatched with DPD. Standard delivery takes 2 business days and costs £4.95, and it is free on orders of £50 or more. Delivery times are estimates, and remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and some islands may have different rates or delivery times.
Do you offer next-day delivery?
Yes. Next business day delivery costs £8.50 to arrive before 5pm, or £9.95 to arrive before 12pm. Orders placed on Sunday before 6pm can be delivered the next day (Monday) when you choose a higher-priced next-day delivery option at checkout. This does not apply to standard delivery. The options available for your address are shown at checkout.
Which workwear brands do you stock?
As a UK workwear supplier, we stock Regatta Professional, as well as Regatta Honestly Made, Tee Jays and Result Core, and more such as Kustom Kit, Gildan, Fruit of the Loom, Stormtech, Russell Athletic, Spiro, Craghoppers Expert and Helly Hansen.
Can I place a bulk or trade order?
We don't run formal trade accounts, but we're happy to help with larger orders for businesses, teams and organisations looking for wholesale workwear in England and across the UK. Email contact@waveofcolours.co.uk with the items, sizes and quantities you need and we'll get back to you about your bulk order.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging. Please email returns@waveofcolours.co.uk with your order number before sending anything back. If an item arrives damaged, is faulty or is the wrong item, the return is free and we refund you in full. For change-of-mind returns, we supply a prepaid tracked QR code label. The £4.95 prepaid label cost and a 7% restocking fee are deducted from your refund. See our Returns & refunds page for full details. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
We don't offer exchanges. To get a different size or colour, return the original item within 14 days of delivery under our refund policy and place a new order for the one you'd like.
