We ship to UK customers. Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout for your address.
We process orders once payment is confirmed.
Delivery times shown at checkout, or given after ordering, are estimates rather than guarantees. Delays can occur during busy periods, bank holidays, or because of carrier issues.
UK mainland delivery is our main service. Delivery to remote areas, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man or the Isles of Scilly may have different rates or delivery times and may require us to contact you before dispatch.
Next-day delivery is not available to the Scottish Highlands and islands, Northern Ireland or BFPO addresses; these get Standard delivery.
Order changes and returns
Orders are sent for dispatch as soon as they are placed, so orders cannot be cancelled or changed once submitted. If you change your mind, you can return your items after delivery under our refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.
